Lucia

Lucia is a Class of 2024 senior at Newberg High School.  Like so many of the beauties I photographed this summer, Lucia has been a part of our family’s story for over a decade.  Birthday parties. Field trips. Sleepovers. Lacrosse.  Car Pool.  We’ve done it all together over the years.  Lucia’s dad is a winemaker so we had to incorporate some grapes into her session, but what she really wanted was flowers. We went on a wild goose chase to find a flower field 40 minutes away, only to discover it was private property, so we made the rest of her session up on the fly.  Chased the pretty light on a back country road and ended up with some fantastic photos.  On the way home – AFTER the sun had set – we saw another flower field and decided to see if we could get any portraits with what was left of the light. So many beautiful options from one of the most unique senior sessions I’ve shot in a while.  Thanks for adventuring with me Lucia.  That was fun.  Looking forward to seeing how your senior year unfolds for you.  The future is bright.
