Naomi

Naomi is a Class of 2026 senior.  I’ve been photographing her and her family since she was 5 years old… watching her grow from year to year and having clients morph into dear friends.  I truly can’t believe she’s graduating and stepping into this next season in life.  Don’t blink friends because time truly flies.  Naomi is a talented aerialist – the things she can do on a piece of silk and a ring are jaw dropping.  When she’s not training and performing, she’s teaching aerial to the next generation of aerialist and teaching swimming (chicken-airplane-solider) to Newberg’s little ones.  She’s graduating an entire year early with a 4.00 GPA and as a member of the National Honor Society.  WELL DONE!!!! Naomi wanted spring blooms for her photo session which is tricky because every year the trees bloom at different times.  The day we met for her consult was gray, cold, and rain. The only thing blooming were daffodils but it looked promising so we set a session date for ten days later.  Thank the Lord – the trees opened up a couple days before her session and we had the dreamiest blooms to work with.  We crammed four outfits, grad photos, a promposal, and three locations into two fun-filled hours.  I loved every minute of it. Congratulations Naomi.  I’m so proud of you.

Thank you SO MUCH for pulling this off. When Naomi decided that indeed she WAS going to take the option to graduate HS a year early, it suddenly hit me that we hadn’t done her senior photos… because she’s still a junior! I can’t thank you enough for talking me off the ledge via text as Naomi and I drove each other crazy with scouting possible locations, potential outfits, and then I threw in a surprise promposal on top of the chaos. You didn’t bat an eye and made it all work seamlessly and with zero stress. As you always do. Thank you for turning over what felt like the entire month of March to us. We appreciate and love you so much Jodi!
