the deSanno’s

I met Ashley through running. (We’re in the same van on our Hood to Coast team so our friendship went deep immediately cause we lived out of a van together for 24 hours.) It’s no surprise that Ashley is Ah-Maz-INg.  Smart, driven, compassionate with a quick wit, Ashley excels at everything she sets her mind to.  Running?  Oh she’s fast. Like really fast.  Marriage?  She and Ben LOVE each other. Scroll down for evidence of their love.  Motherhood?  You should see how darling and fun her little boys are.  Career?  She just earned a Lexus through Rodan + Fields.  Friendship? There is a mass of women who would line up to tell you specifics on how Ashley has loved them well, including me.  I was so stoked when she asked me to take their family portraits.

Our mission?

“Signs of life.”

Ashley didn’t want super posed images.  She wanted portraits that told the story of her family in the phase they are in right now.  I think we nailed it.
