Hot Air Balloon Proposal

John reached out to me weeks ahead of his proposal to JNae.  His plan was to propose to her on a hot air balloon ride and wanted the morning captured in photos.  We chatted through different options and settled on me staying on the ground but traveling with the chase crew to pick up John, JNae, their pilot and their balloon when it landed.  The morning was PERFECT.  A little chilly but almost no wind, no clouds and clear blue skies.  We got to the field ahead of them landing and I was able to photograph their descent.  Once on the ground, we shot their engagement photos in the middle of deflating the balloon (some inside the balloon), around the basket and in the fields surrounding the area.  It was really special to play a part in such a romantic morning.  Congratulations John and JNae!
