12 Sport Athlete

Newberg High School makes a big deal about their 12 sport athletes.  Any student who is willing to commit to playing a fall, winter, and spring high school sport all four years they are in high school is honored at the end of their senior year in an All Sports Banquet. It’s a massive commitment of time, physical and mental energy.  Paige decided in middle school that she wanted to be a 12 sport athlete.  It was a blast to celebrate this commitment as part of her senior portrait session.

Soccer. Basketball. Lacrosse.  Times FOUR years.  Not including off season training, competition, and volunteering.  On top of working a part-time job throughout all of high school. Volunteering regularly at church. Maintaining a 4.00 GPA in spite of a plethora of AP classes.  Oh and doing all this through a pandemic…  One full year of high school sports was competing WITH MASKS.  I can’t even… SO PROUD of you Paige. Can’t wait to cheer you on at all of your senior year games.  LET’S GO!!!!
