They Did It!

My girl and her friends just graduated from high school.  Some of their friendships started as early as 4 years old.  This squad has grown up together, layering memories and maturity to each year.  These girls friend hard.  They are loyal. Fun. Smart. Athletic. Kind. Inclusive. When they hang out they put their phones down and actually do activities: spike ball, walks, volleyball, singing around a bonfire, jumping on the trampoline, movies, music reviews, etc. They eat a lot.  Laugh even more.  Can sleep anywhere at any time.  These girls are the kind of young adults that make you proud to say you know.  Each one is bringing their unique talents and gifts to the colleges God has called them to: Paivi and Dani to the University of Oregon; Alli and Livy to Texas and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor; Naomi to play lacrosse at Corban University in Salem; and Sydney to San Francisco to the University of San Francisco.  It has been a joy to watch these girls embrace life, persevere through some intense challenges, and accomplish big things.  I can’t wait to see what they all do in this next season.  I love you!
