Annabelle

Annabelle is a Class of 2022 senior at Newberg High School.  She is the goalie for Newberg’s water polo team and the girls just won 5th place at state.  Well done!  Annabelle had all sorts of fun ideas for her senior portraits and we somehow managed to incorporate them all: water polo, her Volkswagen bug, some sort of water for the background, and her best friend Heaven. The girls opted to book their senior sessions at the same time so they could get some BFF photos as well.  The day of their sessions it started raining on the way to the high school.  Since their first location was in the bleachers, and those are covered, that was no problem.  Instead of rescheduling the remainder of the session these girls opted to change into their next outfits, scrap our original plan for the second location, and wing it.  We shot some photos under cover at George Fox while it was pouring and then they decided to full send dancing in the rain.  It was so so fun!  We rescheduled the second half of their photo sessions and lucked out with beautiful fall sunshine – the best of both worlds.  Have a great rest of your senior year Annabelle.  I loved getting to know you better.

DISCLAIMER:  the railroad tracks we used are not in use, the girls and their chaperones knew we were technically trespassing, and we had a spotter even though we didn’t need one.  So don’t be hating on us…
