Quentin
The morning of Quentin’s winter senior session in the woods was cold, crisp and dark. Frost was thick on the vegetation and by the time we finished, we were both frozen solid. Â Not to mention, I was initially a little lost on how to shoot the session without the usual warm, natural lighting I am used to working with. But I love a challenge and we nailed it.
Quentin loves the outdoors and caring for the environment. It was only fitting that we shot his session in the woods with a stream babbling in the background. Â He is deeply involved in scouting, and should attain his Eagle Scout award by the end of the school year. His senior project is on watershed restoration, and the effort he started and built will be sustained by other Newberg High School students after he graduates. Â Quentin plans to major in environmental sciences and continue to make our world a better place to live. Â Quentin is one-of-a-kind.. Â a true world changer and completely humble about his many accomplishments and various ways he serves the community.
Thank you Quentin for choosing me to document this transitional season in your life. Â And thank you for all you do for your school and for the community of Newberg. Â May God bless you as you finish out your senior year. I look forward to following your successes in life.
