On Toddlers and Babies…

The Buisman family won an Offering I donated to the Visible Grace auction.  It was a blessing to meet them and photograph their darling family.  Life with toddlers and babies is so moment to moment, hands on, snuggles, love, chasing, comforting, protecting, cajoling…  It’s messy and lovely, exhausting and filled with big emotions. I’m removed enough from our Years in the Trenches that every time I get to photograph a family with toddlers and babies, I’m reminded of how every parent in this phase of life deserves a medal.  Diane and Keith are navigating this season with finesse, patience and a great sense of humor.  It was fun to work with them.  And… they let me hold their baby which made my day. Aren’t they cute?
