Ally

I liked Ally immediately.  It’s hard not to.  Her bubbly personality spills out and splashes onto everyone around.  She is happy and fun, easy to talk to, and an incredibly gifted athlete.  She’s playing FOUR high school sports this year, even though there are only three season.  Doubling up this fall with cross country and soccer, basketball in the winter, and track and field in the spring.  If she was mediocre at all these sports, it would be impressive.  But her latest cross country meet was a big one for her.  A new PR, a first place overall finish, and a school record.  This girl is going places.  Way to go Ally.

It was an unusual Oregon summer day when we shot Ally’s session.  Instead of our predictable sunny and cooler mornings, we had gray drizzle.  We talked about rescheduling, but Ally was willing to wing it so we did.  I love her free spirit.

Have a great year Ally.  I’m excited to follow your running career.  Big things are in store for you.
