Means More To Us Than You’ll Ever Know

Sandra was one of my first friends when we moved to Newberg.  Our now middle-school aged daughters were attending four-year-old pre-school together and we met in the pick up line.

Sandra is steadfast and determined.  She puts her mind to something and sees it through to completion.  In the years we’ve been friends she has gone back to college and gotten her Bachelor’s Degree.  Then moved on to graduate school, pursuing a career in the dental field.  She’s done all of this on top of being a wife, mom to three kids, and a devoted sister and friend.

This summer Sandra coordinated a beautiful birthday gift for her Mom – a photo session that included all the grandchildren and each of Sandra’s three sisters. Sandra’s little sister Sonia is battling cancer so it was an especially poignant and sweet time to capture the love this family has for each other and the support they all offer.

Since we did the photo session, Sonia’s health has taken a turn for the worse.  What a gift that we took these photos when we did.
