Her Portfolio Sold Me

The Sudmeier family is laid back and fun.  A lot of banter goes on between the four of them and they wanted their spunky spirit to shine through in photos.

I was stoked when they called me and gave me their wish list.  1.  Eastbank of Portland to highlight the waterfront and the bridges.  2.  Natural, fun candid photographs of their family.

Of course when we got to the waterfront the beautiful sunshine was in all the wrong places to showcase both the Sudmeier family and the bridges, but we rolled with it.  We stopped a lot of places along the Eastbank, each one offering a different view and more laughs and fun.

The finished images were a happy success.  I caught the Sudmeier family showing off their ability to create fun wherever they go, the beautiful city of Portland glowing in the evening sunlight, and some sweet images that played with light and shadows.

Thankfully the Sudmeier’s were happy with their photos too, rating their entire experience a 10 out of 10.

The photo session was fun and beautiful.  I appreciate that Jodi took time out of her busy schedule to check out the location ahead of time.  Communication through the entire process was the best!  Choosing my images was hard – there are so many to choose from.  The pricing was perfect for any budget and we loved having you capture our memories.  There were some images in the proof gallery where I was not sure about the lighting, but the edited images turned out amazing! Her online portfolio is what sold me.  Jodi is easy going and captured candid moments.
